Payment Options

We bill hourly at the following rates for most family law matters:

- Brook Foster: $325.00 per hour

- Brian Myers: $275.00 per hour

Clients may choose to work with either or both attorneys.

Although most cases will require a retainer up front, we do offer flexible payment options based on your individual circumstances. We also accept all major credit cards.
